A property management of shopping malls is responsible for managing various coupon promotion programs in its shopping malls. The staff usually needed to manage the coupons by EXCEL, the manual progress is time-consuming and consequently result in numbers of human errors.
Due to the expansion of shopping mall and high variety of promotion program, the client requests a total solution for coupon management.

- Generate the Coupon Code for Printing
Different prefix code of various promotion program is preset, the system helps to generate coupon code which is required check-digit.
- Coupon Stock-in System
After batch-printing, barcode scanners are in use for stock in the coupons to system.
- Site Selection for each Program
The staff can select the coupon availability of different shopping malls. Then arranges the coupon issuing to the designated site.
- Coupon Verification
Site office will use scanner to verify the coupon validity when the coupon are transit-in for cash redemption.
- Upload data to head office
Once site office consolidates all the coupon data, it could be easily transfer back to headquarter for record.
Result / Feedback
The system has been successfully rolled out for more than 5 years. This solution systemizes the previous manual process of issuing coupon. It highly reduces effort to manually massage reports and increases the data accuracy. The report of each promotion program is easy to manage and audit now.
